Job Candidates Requirements:
Create artful and functional interfaces, helping citizens who uses our product, by improving user experience
Develop and implement processes and guidelines for User Experience together with UX designers whilst demonstrating a citizen-centric mindset
Conduct product inception with product owners to understand the product requirements
Conduct focus group discussions and usability testing with citizens to enhance the product
Develop a sense of empathy with the users, and create usable products through the understanding of design principles, colour theory, and typography
Present the UI visually so that information is easy to read and find
Generate clear ideas, concepts and graphical assets from beginning to end
Produce animation / motion solutions and demos
Create overall branding and style guides to supplement prototypes for product development
Work very closely with development teams to ensure design specs are implemented
Job Candidate Responsibilities:

Open-minded, explorative and adaptive
Propose design decisions that are desirable for users, viable for the business and feasible technically
Keen understanding of underlying technology and mediums. For example, how a web browser works and renders pixels on the screen. Knowing how to code is an additional advantage.
Have a portfolio of shipped digital projects that are in use
Skilled in photoshop, illustrator and sketch
Education in a Design Discipline ( interaction, graphic, visual communications), HCI, or a related field or equivalent practical experience
3 years of experience of designing websites and/or mobile apps
Required qualifications
