Female Arabic and European Salon Managers are needed for a popular and salon chain in ;
Hospitality background is A MUST
Job Description:
-Manage the daily salon
-Achieve the salon sales
-Increase the customer satisfaction,Database and investigate clients concerns and complaints if ;
-Work on Achieving the highest quality standards of services and suggest new thoughts that makes the customer experience ;
-Conduct inventory control and cash handling ;
-Manage salon technical staff across the different department, Conduct staff training and coaching,Team evaluation and appraisal, handle staff issues,utilization,attendance and ;
Job Requirements:
-From Hospitality back ;
-Have from 2-3 minimum experience in the salon ;
-Have not less than 2 years experience in managerial ;
-Fluent in English, Arabic is a ;
-Excellent computer, analytical and leadership ;
-Gender: Females ;
-Nationalities: Arabic and Europeans ;
