• Work closely with the superior to identify and analyze training needs for all levels of employees within the organization to make in-house training more proactive, responsive and relevant to the needs of the business and its customers
• Support the retail division by focusing on performance improvement, effectively assessing training needs
• Implement and evaluate L & D plans to ensure that staff are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills in line with our business needs
• Work with internal or external partners to design and conduct appropriate training activities whilst striving to meet industry standards
• Involve in change management, people development and retention of key talent

Requirements:

• Diploma in business related field from local polytechnics or equivalent
• Preferably with 1 to 2 years relevant experience
• Good analytical and organizational abilities
• Possess strong customer service mindset
• Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
• Energetic and resourceful
• Professionalism and confidence in dealing with people at all levels
• Proficient in MS Office
