Job Title: Coordination and Administrative AssistantJob Summary:Essential Duties and Responsibilities:- Prepare schedules and appointments for executives.- Coordinate with other departments in the law firm to ensure smooth communication and workflow.- Maintain records of deadlines and follow up on outstanding items.- Answer and make phone calls as needed.- Assist with administrative tasks as needed.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.- Customer service or training experience- Excellent English language skills (both spoken and written).- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a coordination and administrative assistant role.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.Physical Demands:- This role may require extended periods of sitting, standing, or working at a computer.Working Conditions:- Work is performed remotely with occasional travel to other locations.- Must be able to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.Salary and Benefits:- Salary will be starting 250 usd commensurate with experience and qualifications.- Benefits will be overtime pay when required**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: E£5,500.00 per month**Language**:- English (required)
