Audit Manager -Associate Director

We are currently working alongside a leading medium sized firm with offices in Meath and Cavan to hire a Senior Audit professional at Senior Manager or Associate Director level due to the continued growth of the business. Following on from being a Finalist in Medium Firm of Year in 2022, 2023 and 2024, the company is looking to hire an ambitious and motivated individual who will join their existing team of 35, with 25 in Audit.This is a hybrid position.Key Responsibilities:Directing and managing delivery of exemplary client service on all client engagements.Ensuring client satisfaction above their expectations on service experience with W&P.Working through the resources of the Firm across all levels and departments to ensure client satisfaction levels are at the highest.Anticipating and managing client anxieties and concerns in relation to our services.Audit file review.Managing audit risk on portfolio.Reviewing all WIP per quarter.Participating in Chamber monthly events / networking events.Requirements:Exceptionally driven, demonstrating a well-documented capacity to take independent action within a demanding and ever-changing professional setting.Experience at a reputable Big 4 or mid-tier Audit firm, adept at thriving in an environment that adheres to auditing and accounting standards.Holding a professional accounting qualification such as CAI.Outstanding analytical abilities coupled with a keen attention to detail.Robust comprehension of business and market dynamics.Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and concise reports.Devotion to upholding high standards of professionalism and dedicated client service excellence.For a confidential discussion and more information on these Senior Audit roles, please contact Michelle Miley.michelle.miley@collinsmcnicholas.ie+353 90 6450667
