Field Support Engineer

He/She will resolve technical issues identified by installation or maintenance teams, working to ensure products are installed in compliance with KONE's safety process and quality requirements.What will you do?- Liaise with relevant site personnel to ascertain state of escalator/elevator- Post notices on escalator/elevator and communicate with others who may be affected- Ensure that the escalator/elevator is electrically safe- Commission the escalator/elevator in accordance with the agreed specification parameters- Test the escalator/elevator in accordance with the relevant test document and KONE standard- Take measurements and completes the necessary documentation- Record any abnormalities for corrective action- Carry out final inspection and sign the final inspection document- Report the condition of the escalator/elevator to the Installation Engineer responsible for site activities.Are you the one?- Bachelor degree in Engineering- 3-5 years of relevant experience in the elevators and escalators industry is a must- Excellent Arabic and English language skill- Able to communicate well and effectively among the team- Possess the basic knowledge of computer skills such as word, excel, outlook and power point**What do we offer?**:- Career progression in opportunities within a global organisation- Total reward elements that engage and motivate our employees and help us make KONE a great place to work- Comprehensive learning and development programs covering a wide range of professional skills- At KONE, we are focused on creating an innovative and collaborative working culture where we value the contribution of each individual.
