We believe in making Great Moments for Everyone, Every day.**ROLE SUMMARY**The Head of Sales & Marketing will be responsible for formulating the Sales & Marketing strategies for Majid Al Futtaim Entertainment Brands in Egypt thereafter implementing the marketing strategy through relevant plans, programs and promotions, in order to support the business units in meeting the business objectives and achieving sales revenue and product management profit and loss targets including Account Management, Sales Operations & Administration, Product and Brand Marketing, Product**ROLE PROFILE**- Supports Majid Al Futtaim'S Business Expansion And Objectives Efficiently Through The Highest Standards Of Customer Experience, Stakeholder Management And Cost-Effective Management Of Resources, Maximizing Revenue, Profitability, And Growth Of The Busin- Oversees All Marketing, Social, Content And Communications Departments And Is Responsible For The Creation Of Integrated Marketing Strategies That Will Build The Business'S Brand, Leading To Increased Revenue, Awareness, Engagement, And Relevance Among- Overseas The Cx Department And Ensures The Vision And Strategic Roadmap Is On Track For The Bu, Through Continuous Improvement Cx Initiatives Across All Touchpoints And Provides Guidance On Design Methodologies For Best-In-Class Customer Journey- Overseas Crm, Loyalty And Is A Major Stakeholder In Delivering The Advanced Analytics Strategy For The Bu- Overseas The Sales Department, Supporting The Head Of Sales In Achieving Aggressive Sales Targets For All Brands Focused On Corporate Events, Vouchers, Travel Trade And School Bookings- Participates In The Design Of All New Projects Refurbishments To Meet Marketing And Branding Requirements And Determine The Best In Market From The Full Suite Of Services Across Various Concepts Integral To All Developments, Providing A Distinct Point O- Plays A Leading Role In The Establishment Of The Business'S Brand Building Strategies Across All Channels. This Is Done In Collaboration With Key Brand Marketing Departmental Leaders Across The Group- Directs The Development And Oversees The Implementation Of Policies And Standards So That All Relevant Procedural / Legislative And Doa Requirements Are Fulfilled While Delivering A Quality, Cost-Effective Service To Customers.**REQUIREMENTS**- 10+ Years International Experience In The Marketing Function Within Fmcg/ Leisure And/Or Entertainment Industry With A Proven Track Record Of Success.- Previous Experience In Crm Solutions, Marketing Automation, And Extended Experience Working In A Digital Marketing Environment.- Data And Analytics Centric, Working With Major Brands That Use Analytics As Part Of The Go-To Market Strategy.- High Proficiency In Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Linkedin Ads, Wordpress, Twitter Ads, And Facebook Ads As Well As Being Proficient Working With Tools Such As Salesforce, Adobe Campaign Etc- Proven Experience Ineffectiveness, Forecasting, And Improving Roi- Manages The Forecast And Revenue Delivery For The Business'S Product Through Monitoring Performance And Availing Transparent Weekly/Monthly/Annual Reporting To Senior Executives And Relevant 3 Stakeholders On The Performance Of Both Operations Marketing**WHAT WE OFFER**- At Majid Al Futtaim, we're on a mission to create great moments, to spread happiness, to build, experiences that stay in our memories for a lifetime.
