UX Lead

Major media company in Hong Kong with strong digital focus Job Description • Lead the UX Designer team, provide guidance and direction to other designers• Own the user interface design and user experience of all products• Create a design guideline for web layouts and mobile applications interface• Develop creative concepts and ideas, direct the team to convert them into wireframes, workflow diagrams, screenflow diagrams, UI specification and visual design• Work closely with Product Manager and stakeholders from other departments to understand the requirements of each project• Maintain knowledge of design trends and assist with implementation of design innovations Job Requirements • Degree/Higher Diploma holder in Web, Multimedia and Graphic Design or related disciplines• Minimum 6 years relevant working experience in UX and UI design for websites and/or mobile applications• Proficiency in graphic and interactive design tools such as Sketch, Invision, Axure, Zeplin, Photoshop, or Illustrator• Knowledge in website or mobile application development• Knowledge in data-driven interface design• Strong experience in responsive, mobile and app design• Creative and strong design sense• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail• Willing to learn new trends and technology• Work well under pressure and able to complete the tasks in timely manner #J-18808-Ljbffr Creative, Software Architecture & Engineering
