Strategy Planning Senior Supervisor

**Description**:- Lead the execution of E2E fully integrated Technology strategy and roadmap for the DB and LRP (3 years)- Track the compliance of the local plans relative to the local and Group Strategy.- Lead the Strategic alignment between technology and other functions as Commercial, Business, to achieve the VF strategic business goals- Manage different Technology plans insights, analysis, investment prioritization, recommendation, KPI's reporting and alignment with the Business & Technology departments.- Responsible for all Vendor management technical and financial requirement- Provide various Supplier Management and Process Improvement services, across Technology. Key focus will be managing supplier, relationship, contracts and financials.- Identify the process improvement opportunities and potential savings during supplier's contract reviews or negotiations and services reviews**Job Responsibility**:**Key accountabilities and decision ownership**:- Development of purchasing concepts for providing suppliers and partners services- Responsible for the Technology business cases alignment with budget and reviews with CTO/CFO/CEO- Follow up with the Strategy implementation in different domains and ensure that the Strategy is fed and aligned into all Budget submissions.**Key performance indicators**:- Process optimization targets- Customer Experience and Satisfaction targets- Operational Efficiency targets
