**PURPOSE**:- Conduct the required FG & RPM Lab testing- On-line QC testing for the FG- QC testing and control for the packed product at the contract MFG- Ensure that all lab equipment maintained and calibrated**PRINCIPLES ACCOUNTABILITIES**Implement requirements of ISO 9001 and 14001.Implement and follow all SCJ standards, testing procedures & SOP'Work on improving the quality of the RPM suppliers.Ensure the compliance with the safety requirement in the Lab and during performing his different tasks of his job in different areas.Ensure that all data for the testing will be recorded accurately and timely in the different system (COA, SAP, Log books, On line checking format, ).Ensure that the release of the RPM & FG is done accurately on-time and according to the approved standards and systems.Ensure laboratory equipment is in good functioning order (maintained correctly) and calibratedBe aware about the regulatory requirements in his area and the interaction with regulatory bodies.Maintain the safety stocks of the Lab required chemicals and retrieve its SDS from the different supplier.Conduct the RPM sampling as per the AQL and on-line sampling as per the agreed PCPSubmit a monthly report to QC/QA leader as per the agreed the Technical Manager comprising the various activities.**EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS**:- B.SC in Chemistry or University graduate- Hard worker and committed- High level of Accuracy- Analytical skillsLI-RR1
