Develops action business plans for the team in line with the consumer banking objectives.Direct all operational aspects including sales, operations, customer service, human resources and training needs.Drives, manages and tracks the staff performance toward achieving business plan, sales target and high level of service qualityAnalyze local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities.Provides training, coaching, development and motivation to the team.Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions to meet challenges.Adhere to high ethical standards, and comply with all regulations and code of conduct.Stay up-to-date of competing markets and provide reports on market movement and penetration.Contributes to the division business by marketing and cross selling the bank's services and products to existing and potential customers.Ensures high level of customer service including the review of customer complaints and resolves these complaints to maintain high level of customer satisfactionEnsures that all subordinates are adhere to policies and procedures' guidelines, operations control, compliance, regulations, audit requirements, internal and external reporting obligations
