**We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a CrowdStrike Support Engineer.****Responsibilities**:- **Troubleshoot customer issues related to CrowdStrike products and services.**:- **Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams.**:- **Document your findings and solutions in a clear and concise manner.**:- **Stay up to date on the latest CrowdStrike product releases and documentation.**:- **Provide proactive support to customers to prevent issues from occurring.****Qualifications**:- **Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field**:- **2+ years of experience in technical support.**:- **Outstanding English communication, both verbal and non-verbal.**:- **Experience with CrowdStrike products and services.**:- **Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills**:- **Strong communication and writing skills.**:- **Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.**:- **Certification in cyber security such as CompTIA Security+, CEH, or CISSP is a plus.
