The Corporate Regional Finance Manager is responsible to oversee all financial activities. He is going to be planning, implementing, managing, and auditing the financial strategy of the organization. Additionally, The Corporate Regional Finance Manager will need to advise, consult, and lead organization profitability in association with leadership team, will analyze every day financial activities and subsequently provide advice and guidance to upper management on future financial plans.DAILY RESPONSIBILITIESMaintaining accurate financial records and provide financial reportsDevelop and conduct short-term and long-range business planning and forecastingLiaising with auditors for yearly reviewsEnsuring the timely completion of tax requirementsAdapting the financial plan into requesting yearly budgets and keeping track on deviations, ensuring the usage of restorative measuresResearching and covering factors affecting business execution and giving administration dataDeveloping detailed and accurate business plans to support the decision making and tracking of budgetsCash-flow planning and monitoring, delivering long-term forecastsIdentifying improvement opportunities and implementing them for enhancing financial performanceManaging company contracts including lease agreements and Admin related partnershipsReviewing and following up on the monetary dangers specifically with insurance and receivablesDeveloping strong relationships with the partnersResponsible for collectionsMaintaining the financial health of the organization.Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunitiesDelivering regular financial reports to leadership teamSeek and conquer investment opportunitiesDiversify organizational assets and capitalize profitsConduct regular internal audit for organizational assetsEnsure proper accounting treatment is followed and monitor adherence to corporate policies and proceduresProvide financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff while recommending further courses of action.Maintain clear and accurate records for all financial documentsAny ad-hoc projects as assigned by management.OPERATIONAL NETWORKDirect ReportsCountry ManagerAccountantsKey StakeholdersContent development teamHR teamProduction teamMarketing teamOperations teamLegal TeamSKILLS & QUALIFICATIONSEducational BackgroundACCA / CPA or equivalent chartered accountant degreeBachelor of Accounting or Finance ManagementMinimum Experience8 yearsLanguagesVery good command of EnglishArabicKnowledge and Skills and CompetenciesIn depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practicesExcellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methodsExtensive understanding of financial trends both within the company and general market patternsProficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software (e.g. SAP, AX, etc.)Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skillsSolid analytical thinking skillsStrong leadership and organizational skillsAbility to strategize and solve problemsProven experience as a CFO or relevant role in Multinational Companies**Job Features**:Job CategoryFinance - AccountingJob LevelSenior Managers, Directors & ExecutivesFunctionalityFinannceLocationCairo Egypt
