Customer Service & Sales Coordinator

Greif offers a great working environment and the opportunity to make an immediate impact at a company where your ideas are always welcome.Job Requisition #:027520 Customer Service & Sales Coordinator (Open)**Job Description**:Key Responsibilities- Create new customer accounts, update their conditions, and update the price book on L/N.- Create sales orders/ Delivery notes issue invoices on L/N and submit to customers.- Frequently updating shipping plans to customers and communicating them with other departments- Support in sending price update letters, quotations, and faxes to customers.- Follow up on customers' payment collections.- Registration of customer complaints and coordination of outcomes.- Maintain and update customer records.- Support the intermittent projects - (i.e. Net Promotor Score launch, others).- Assists in the production of specification sheets for customers.- Assist in the preparation and updating of account plans.- Captures and compiles data on competitive activity and the results of quotes/proposals.- Provide other administrative support, including, but not limited to: written and electronic correspondence; handling telephone calls and relaying messages; internal office support; scheduling meeting and travel arrangements and performing other duties as assigned.Education and Experience- Typically requires a university degree with 2-5 yrs. of experience.Knowledge and Skills- Very Good English- ERP / CRM systems experience would be an advantage- Possesses basic administrative and sales support experience.- Demonstrates good written and oral communication skills.- Demonstrates strong interpersonal and customer service skills.- Possesses strong organizational skills and good attention to detail.- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and any other relevant software.42EEO Statement:- We offer a competitive salary, excellent benefits and opportunity for growth.
