Technical Lead

Graduate in Computer Science or Engineering. - Quickly and Accurately Acquire System Understanding from a Technical Point of View.
- Quickly Acquire System Understanding from a Business Perspective.
- Gather required inputs for the System Design and Architecture.
- Design/Propose Architecture and Design of Applications.
- Design Database Schema to fulfill Application's Functional and Non-functional Requirements.
- Implement the Design following Standard Procedures and Guidelines used within the Company.
- Review existing Application & Database Design/Architecture to propose changes for improvements.
- Lead a Development Team of up to 4-5 people to complete Development Tasks in a Timely Manner Producing Good Quality Outputs.
- Document Application & Database Design and write Program Specifications.
- Do Programming, Unit Testing, and Integration Testing as and when required.
- Team lead.
- Project Management activities.

Job Specification

- Good Understanding of OOP Concepts and their application to solve Real Life Scenarios.
- Good understanding & Professional Experience of .NET Framework 2.0, ASP.NET, Web Applications Design and Architecture.
- Good Command & Professional Experience in Programming with C# Language.
- Professional Experience of Database Design and SQL Writing (especially with MS SQL Server 2000 / 2005).
- Adaptability and Smartness to cope with Technical Challenges of different Business Domains.
- Ability to Write and Verbally Communicate (over phone/face-to-face meetings) in English with Clarity.
- Ability to do Estimations of Technical Tasks, Task Management for a Team of 4-5 people, Create, Review & Track Project Plans.
