Purposeful thinking will be the core anchor of the business, its brands as well as its culture, and enables simple and agile decision making, supports an entrepreneurial mindset and is driven by passion for our consumers.As we move through this journey towards separation, we are seeking employees with a passion for exciting entrepreneurial experiences, who want to pursue unique career opportunities and have a desire to be an integral part in building the bright future of this plant-based company.**Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities**:- Daily.:- Company order- Deposits-Cash flow- ASM Daily Meeting- Loading orders and CV DSF- Goods Division- Follow-up CS Team- Market visit Reporting- Administrative work- Credit limit- Coaching & develop and select Staff- Weekly:- SM Meeting- Weekly Forecast- Market visit /Perfect Store- Monthly:- Recap all distributor targets- Monthly TO Plan- Monthly FCS Plan- Monthly TPR/Price- Region Monthly Meeting- Forecast Reporting- Follow-up competitors**Key Competencies & Skills**:- University Graduate- Experience from 5-10 years In Field- Strong Knowledge of Sales Fundamentals & Call Steps- Strong Analytical Skills- Strong Trade Channel Knowledge- Planning & Development- Powerful problem Solving- Communication and negotiation skills- Market orientation- Management skills- Problem solving skills**Personal Skills**:- Leadership- Teamwork- Motivation- Passion for Growth- Seizing the Future- Holding People Accountable- Ambitious- Self confidence- Adaptability
