**LET'S TALK ABOUT YOU!****Your Profile**- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a reputable university- At least 10 years of experience and having solid technical skills in mechanical maintenance- Experience in Power Stations in "Operation & Maintenance" is highly preferredProven leadership skills- Strong cost focus and awareness- Ability to communicate in the English language effectively both orally and in writing, strong networking, negotiating, and influencing skills.- Able to prioritize tasks and to manage workloads in an effective manner with mínimal direct supervision and flexibility in managing multiple and diverse tasks.- Effective problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in time critical situations- Sensitive and responsive to the needs of different religious, ethnic, tribal, and cultural groups.- Proven integrity and high personal standards of behaviour.- Experience in working in a multinational and multicultural environment, as well as proven interpersonal skills and ability to successfully engage with diverse audiences.- Proficient in MS Office suite**Your Responsibilities**- Manage and lead mechanical department staff, tasks and activities- Manage preparation and implementation of maintenance schedule for all mechanical equipment according to the O&M manual and monitor its implementation to minimize equipment failure and maintain its efficiency.- Manage preparation and optimization maintenance programs and spare parts' requirements in coordination with other departments to ensure availability and reliability of the power station.- Ensure all maintenance activity conform to QHSE and to determine if the implementation is through a contractor or by the station itself.- Approve and/or monitor the department's purchases for consumables, wear and tear and strategic spares and ensure these are align with the requirements of the O&M contract. Checks classification of inventories accordingly- Setting and monitoring the achievement of department and individual staff KPIs- Manage power stations & plant's utilities' equipment minor/major breakdowns trouble shooting- Manage PM plan execution with timelines & accountabilities.- Manage on root cause failure analysis- May support other technical managers as long as within capacity assigned by maintenance manager and/or station manager**What will put you ahead**- Deep knowledge of mechanical maintenance of Gas and Steam Turbine, Generator, HRSG and BOP (Gas Plant, Water Treatment(RO), Cooling Tower)- Knowledge of welding methods and NDT - read reports of welding inspection- Knowledge of vibration analysis techniques and interpret oil analysis**LET'S TALK ABOUT US!**Let's make tomorrow different today" is our genuine commitment at Siemens Energy to all customers and employees on the way to a sustainable future.
