Senior Performance Marketing

**Responsibilities**:- Develop media plans for Real Estate and Food & Beverage clients, as well as clients in other industries- Execute and manage campaigns across various digital platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) for clients in different industries- Monitor and optimize campaign performance to ensure maximum ROI for clients in different industries- Create and present detailed reports on campaign performance to clients in different industries- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes to platforms and algorithms- Collaborate with other teams within the agency to ensure successful campaign execution**Requirements**:- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a performance marketing specialist in a digital marketing agency- Experience across different industries, with a focus on Real Estate and/or Food & Beverage- Google Ads certification and Google Analytics certification are a must- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Excellent communication and presentation skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentApplication Question(s):- What is your expected salary?**Experience**:- Google Analytics: 1 year (preferred)- Microsoft Power BI: 1 year (preferred)- Google Ads: 1 year (preferred)- Advertising Services: 1 year (preferred)- Social Media Ads: 1 year (preferred)
