If you enjoy being BOLD, PASSIONATE and TOGETHER, then Majid Al Futtaim is the destination for you.**Role Purpose**:The PMO Analysis reports to the Central PMO Manager and ensures successful delivery of the SAP S/4HANA 1ERP program scope through effective program/project management practices and discipline. He/she will track all project actions and deliverables, track project risks and interdependencies, and develop and maintain project/program level roadmaps by working closely with the various 1ERP Program Office teams.We are looking for someone who will help us in the Central PMO role through flourishing in our culture of collaboration, transparency, and trust.**Role Details - Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities**:Ensure all 1ERP project plans are developed with a standardized methodologyand approachEnsure complete SAP S/4HANA scope delivery, and work closely with 1ERP vendor manager for contractual scope alignment (e.g., commercial terms, obligations, escalations, approvals, milestone sign-offs, payment phases)Ensure alignment between all stakeholders in all management levels, across all MAF OpCos and geographiesEnsure timely and high-quality decision making across the program by providing business cases, alternative scenarios, and pros and cons assessmentsMonitor risks and issues related to individual 1ERP delivery streams and overall 1ERP program, escalate to Central PMO Lead as required, and monitor mitigation and corrective actions**Definition of Success****Other Context (if applicable)**:**Functional/Technical Competencies****Personal Characteristics and Required Background**:8+ years in management role and experience in project management in a multinational company4+ years experience in program management or PMO rolesHands-on experience in large-scale ERP transformation projects atglobal corporationsExperience in workstream lead role, cutover manager, or test manager role across multiple SAP S/4HANA engagements is strongly preferredStrong technical know-how in ERP projects, program/project management methodologies, and SAP S/4HANAExperience working with overseas or multinational teamsExperience in program quality assurance management is a plusProject management certification and consultancy background is a plus
