Maintenance Manager

**Main Purpose**:Manage the maintenance operations in the plant with alignment of the cascaded company goals; ensure also the safety of machines & utilities of the plant.**Responsibilities**:1. Manage the preventive maintenance execution in the plants.2. Ensure recording & analysis for different machine breakdowns.3. Prepare yearly budget of the department and ensure proper/wise usage.4. Manage the preparation of the preventive maintenance plan.5. Manage & Ensure proper training & development of the team.6. Managing external workshops machining & repairs.7. Review consumption reports of various machines spare parts and ensure availability of the spare parts.8. Ensure adherence of all maintenance operations to the existing quality systems.**Job Requirements**:**Education**: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical).**Experience**: 10 Years of experience in a similar field.**Languages**: Excellent command of English language (Speaking, reading and writing).**Computer****Skills**:MS Word Skills AdvancedMS Excel Skills AdvancedMS PowerPoint AdvancedMS Outlook Skills Advanced**Working Conditions**:**Working Days**: 5 Days/week (Sunday Till Thursday).**Days Off**: Two days/Week (Friday and Saturday).**Working Hours**: Shift Basis.**Working Environment**: 100 % On site.**Our Story**edita was established in 1996, and now is one of the leading FMCG companies in Egypt and the Middle East.
