Significant relevant experience in international oil & gas companies Plant operations- Perform risk - based inspection ( RBI) assessment of mechanical static pressure equipment, including boiler plant. Determine plant equipment & piping criticality on the basis of RBI analysis and formulate appropriate inspection strategies compatible with plant availability demands.- Plans and establishes RBI methodology and inspection database for operating plant and plant modifications.- Facilitates RBI review workshops and preparations for RBI study and supports Clients during and after RBI studies.- Initiates pre - screening RBI exercise and final implementation to reduce and optimize pant turnarounds, maintenance and inspection plans.- Responsible for preparing inspection programmed based on risk - based analysis results. Supports plant inspectors (when, where & how to inspect) and interpretation of inspection findings to assure fitness for service of the equipment.- Implement piping inspection circuits to optimize maintenance and inspection plans based on facilities layout and RBI schedules.- Ensures all related data with RBI software is accurate, up to date and well managed in accordance with company document inspection.- Develops and maintains an effective inspection program based on RBI analysis by focusing inspection resources on critical equipment and eliminating unnecessary inspection.- In-Depth knowledge of NDT inspection techniques, limitations and associates international codes and standards.- Develop required procedures, policies, manuals and documents.- Carrying out inspections as per API & other international codes, preparing inspection plans, guide team of inspectors, report to DNV BD Director Middle East, budgets, recommendations, schedules, etc. Should be conversant with all ASME, API codes.**What we offer**: DNV is an Equal Opportunity Employer and gives consideration for employment to qualified applicants without regard to gender, religion, race, national or ethnic origin, cultural background, social group, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, age or political opinion. Diversity is fundamental to our culture and we invite you to be part of this diversity.**About you**:** Qualifications**:- Graduate in Mechanical, Chemical Engineering or Metallurgical engineering.- Certified API510/570/653/580/571- Experience in E2G, Meridium and DNV Synergy Plant.- Responsible for execution of at least 15 significant RBI projects.- Minimum 15 years of experience in Inspection of equipment in Oil and gas industry and at least additional 8 years' experience in RBI of process equipment- In - Depth knowledge of API - 580/581/571 and related international codes and standards necessary for successful RBI implementation- Sufficient knowledge of all NDTs such as UT/PT/RT/MT/IRIS Tube inspections, PAUT, TOFD, AUT.- Should be fully aware of damage mechanisms based on API 571. Should be conversant with RBI software.
