Sales Support Representative (Indoor Job)

Sales Support Representative role is to provide good, timely and informative administrative and sales support to the Outside Sales Representatives and Sales Managers. The aim is to enable Sales Representatives to spend more time on selling by lowering their administrative burden. -Support sales representatives in their day to day business activities, including administrative desktop tasks and customer inquiries. -Support Outside and Executive sales representatives in developing customer relationships and responding to customer inquiries, such as providing quotations, information & pricing details, especially for spot customers and other customers requiring fast responses. -Compilation of weekly and ad hoc statistics for analysis purposes, including performance reports and account monitoring. -Cover the small, medium accounts requirements. -Provide information and assistance to CSR in resolving customer requests and issues which require input from Sales - Provide administrative assistance on account set up, dangerous goods requests and credit verification requests, set-up and clean-up of customer cap-codes and corresponding sales territory credit, uploading and updating of sales territory budget allocation.APL, one of the world's leading ocean carriers, offers more than 90 weekly services and call ports in over 50 countries worldwide.
