Sr. Networks Project Manager

Role purpose: To lead, manage and deliver complex cross-functional programs and projects with impact indifferent network domains. Ensure on time with budget and quality throughout all project phases startingwith requirements, design, development, testing & acceptance, deployment and transitions to operations,with proven international experience working with virtual teams across different organizations andcountries. This role requires technical background and experience in telecommunications, systemintegration, strong stakeholders' management and excellent communication and reporting skills to differentmanagement layers.Key accountabilities and decision ownership:- Manages the full lifecycle of large, complex crossfunctional projects with impact in network platforms:feasibility study, development, testing, acceptanceand deployment- Implements solid project management principles:Agile and waterfall delivery as per agreed frameworkwhile using specific SW tools across the organization.Manages collaboration tools to make sure projectdata is centralized and up to date.- Produces project documents as per NSE feasibilityand delivery management processes framework(Creates, maintains and tracks project plans, costestimates, risks and issue logs throughout thelifecycle of the project). Manages all the projectsrelated activities (requirements, planning, reporting,etc.) towards the successful delivery of customerrequirements, timely reporting to projectstakeholders and addressing risks & issues identified- Managing project resource requirements andintegrating them into project plans. Builds acomplete stakeholder register with clear program/project organization, to guarantee solidcommunication within the program/project team- Permanently tracks projects' evolution and timelyreports project status to all stakeholders. Buildsproject E2E and contingency plans for the criticalpath (identify and monitor interdependencies atprogram level). Cross-check for programs/projectsreporting. Manages stakeholders' expectations bydriving appropriate governance at program andproject level- Responsible for Budget management and control,timescale and quality, while managing processeswith Commercial, Procurement, Technology andother functional groups.Core competencies, knowledge andexperience:- 5+ years' experience in program andproject management delivery in thetelecommunication & network field.Agile delivery for network projects(Track record of successful delivery oftelecom/network projects).- Ability to work within virtual teams andproven international experiencedelivering projects across variouscountries using multicultural teams.- Process & project management- Stakeholder management- Good knowledge of the overall networkarchitecture (all domains): mobile andfixed network technology (design,implementation and roll out of services)Must have technical / professionalqualifications:- University degree in computerscience, telecommunications orequivalent- Project Management accreditation(e.g. Agile, SAFe or PMP, PRINCE2Practitioner)- Good awareness of widertechnology aspects intelecommunications- Inter-functional relationshipsbetween network platforms and ITsystems_VOIS #movewithus
