English Customer Service Representative

NAOS Solutions is recruiting Customer Support Agents for leading Automotive importers in Egypt. representing 20 international brands.**Your responsibilities as Customer Support Agent**:- Provide customers with information about products and services.- Help customers understand the product and answer questions about their orders.**Work conditions**:Rotational shifts (Egypt time)- it is 8 working hours + 30 minutes break- also, 2 Days off per week.- Rotational Shifts: 24/7 for males and till 09:00PM for females.**Salary for Voice Customer Support**:- Base Gross Salary: 7000 EGP Gross.- KPI's bonus: 1000 EGP Gross.- Transportation 2640 Net: Allowance is 120 EGP Per day paid as a net amount by the end of each month on top of the salary.- Other Benefits: Social, Medical & Life insurance.- Medical Coverage: 90% Premium.- Training is paid as working days.1) Egyptians, with Fluent English level B2 up to C1. 2) Max age 35 years old. 3) Experience: (1-3 Years) in an international call center. 4) Graduates, bachelor's degree.
