Investor Relations Manager - SC

Our client is an established and rapidly growing listed company. To cope with their strong performance and rapid growth worldwide, they are now urgently seeking an experienced Investor Relations Manager to join their expanding team.

Job Description

• Develop and manage Investor Relations, Corporate Public Relations, Communications, and Image Strategies/Programs.
• Organize and attend investment presentations, conduct meetings, and corporate events.
• Work closely with the CEO and other internal departments in formulating the investor relations strategy.
• Liaise closely with internal and external parties to prepare press releases, annual reports, presentations, scripts, and Q&A for meetings with analysts, investors, and reporters.
• Act as the point of contact for investors, fund managers, analysts, government bodies, and media on all investor relations inquiries.
• Manage and participate in various investor communication channels such as road shows, conferences, meetings, and results briefings.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or Finance.
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in a sizeable China Listed Company with Corporate Communication / Investor Relations / Equity Research experience.
• Good connections with the investment community, fund managers, analysts, etc.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Able to meet tight schedules and work under pressure.
• Flexible working hours and willingness to travel are required.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin is a MUST.
