Job Description
- Routine tasks include user setup and health check on application status.
- First level support to handle daily enquiries/support on applications from users.
- Troubleshoot application issues and provide guidance to users.
- Report bugs and performance issues to the development team.
- Assist in user acceptance testing and deployment.
- Prepare documents, including test plans and user manuals.
Job Requirements
- Degree holder or above in Information Technology or related disciplines.
- At least 1-2 years' experience in application support.
- Hands-on experience with Windows Server, Dynamic AX, SharePoint, MS SQL, IIS, etc.
- Self-initiated, multi-tasking, and able to work independently.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Good command of Cantonese and English.
