Legal Manager

Our client is an established company in satellite services. To cope with their strong performance and rapid growth, they are now urgently seeking an experienced Legal Manager to join their expanding team.

Job Description

• Providing general counsel and support to the company.
• Preparing contracts for internal review and approval and ensuring compliance with company policies as well as applicable laws or regulations.
• Keeping abreast of the latest developments in rules and regulations affecting the business and making recommendations on changes to processes, policies, and guidelines.
• Supporting any ad-hoc projects/assignments including M&A activities when necessary.

Job Requirements

• Degree holder in law with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience preferably with a listed company/regional corporation or similar role in-house.
• Proficiency in HK listing rules.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, Chinese, and Mandarin.
• Articulate, effective communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commercially minded, exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, mature attitude, and ability to multitask are required.
