(Senior) Project Manager (Media Industry) - IC

Client Description Major media solutions provider in Hong Kong Job Description Senior Project Manager (Media Solutions) Responsibilities

1. Work closely with stakeholders in 17 countries and understand needs and pain points to plan and build data-driven products.
2. Create user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria for feature requirements.
3. Work with different technical teams for integration with internal and external systems, ensuring data security and integrity at every step.
4. Define workflow and continuously refine the internal processes and tool selection.
5. Be the owner of your product/module and work closely with development, design, QA, and other parties to deliver product features.
6. Other duties as assigned.

1. Deliver large scale OTT projects on global markets.
2. Lead multiple teams to design, develop, and deliver software iteratively.
3. Identify user requirements and prioritize tasks based on business objectives.
4. Manage the entire project life cycle including project planning, implementation, testing, and resource allocation.
5. Ability to identify solutions to problems and implement them effectively.

1. 5+ years of project/product management experience in a software company.
2. Experience with directing UX interfaces, wireframes, use of design principles.
3. Experience with agile development.
4. Experience in working with data-driven applications, modern data visualization tools, and up to date on best practices.
5. Experience with JIRA and Confluence.
6. Knowledge of SOC2 is a plus.
7. Ability to work independently and with global business partners.
8. Strong written and spoken English skills.

1. Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines.
2. Minimum 6 years of solid experience in Mobile Application development.
3. Attention to detail, deadline-oriented with multi-tasking capability.
4. Strong project management and analytics skills.
5. Hands-on experience in using JIRA and Confluence.
6. Experience in delivering OTT projects is a plus.
7. Sound knowledge in SRE would be an advantage.
8. Knowledge and experience in applying Agile principles into the development environment is a plus, e.g., DevOps, Lean, Scrum, or XP.
9. Excellent communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
