Product Manager (UC, Enterprise Systems) Client Description Leading telecom carrier and IT solutions company Job Description • Be accountable for the overall product development on Unified Communication solutions and management including new idea generation, product planning, business case formulation and product commercialization.• Responsible to manage vendors, liaise with business partners, conduct research, formulate strategies for product positioning and pricing to ensure usability and profitability.• Responsible for business planning, execution and performance tracking of new products/services, managing product development process to ensure usability and marketability of the services, and channel communication.• Required to develop mechanism to obtain feedback from customers to enhance solution features and maintain the growth of the products/services. Job Requirements • University graduate in Telecommunication, Engineering, Information Systems or related discipline• 7 years' product management and marketing experiences in enterprise communication products/solutions• Relevant experience/knowledge in any of the following areas: IP Telephony, PABX and / or Contact center business / UCaaS• Self-initiated, highly motivated, meticulous and result-oriented• Good negotiation, interpersonal and presentation skills• Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English #J-18808-Ljbffr Product Management, IT Management & IT Project Management, Networks & Systems
