Riyadh, Saudi Arabia | Posted on 02/27/2024 The Digital Product Portfolio Governance Consultant will be part of the Intelligent Automation and Digitization team which delivers high-impact consulting, strategy, business excellence, and analytics projects to our clients across MENA. In this particular role, the DPPGC is expected to solely design operating models and capabilities (processes, concepts, role/responsibilities, artifacts, tools) on digital product demand management, product portfolio management, and planning domains of the largest semi-governmental company in the real estate industry.The DPPGC's main duties are as follows:Develop and maintain operating model and capabilities in digital product demand management, portfolio management, and product management.Execute and operate in a hands-on manner governance of the demand and portfolio management of digital products and services.Build digital product development and management framework/ methodology leveraging best practices aligned with client peculiarities.Train and guide the client's product portfolio governance team including PMO and Digital Product Managers.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Software Development, Product Development or related field.6 + years of experience in digital demand management, product management and portfolio management(3+ years in consulting firms), especially for market-facing digital products.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.High attention to detail and commitment to quality.Relationship management skills -able to manage stakeholders at senior levels.Superior governance and execution skills.Track record hands-on management and reporting of digital product portfolios.Strong Knowledge in PMO and SDLC (Waterfall and Agile frameworks).Knowledge in ideation and product/ service design: Ideo, Spotify Design, Google team, Reforge, Growth, Design.
