We are looking for a Customer Success Strategist to drive customer retention, revenue expansion, and product adoption. The ideal candidate will have experience in account management, customer success strategy, and revenue growth initiatives within a SaaS company . You will collaborate with Key Account Managers, leadership teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to enhance customer engagement and drive business outcomes. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute customer success strategies to enhance retention and expand revenue.
- Work closely with Key Account Managers to identify growth opportunities and optimize customer engagement.
- Support product adoption initiatives , ensuring customers maximize the value of Shipsy’s solutions.
- Drive strategic initiatives to improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and business outcomes.
- Utilize tools like DevRev to monitor customer health, engagement, and support initiatives.
- Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and enhance service offerings.
- Act as a strategic advisor to customers, helping them align Shipsy’s solutions with their business goals.
- Work cross-functionally with sales, product, and leadership teams to develop scalable customer success programs.
- MBA/Bachelor’s from a Tier-1 institute (preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or strategy in a B2B SaaS company .
- Proven track record of driving customer success initiatives and revenue growth .
- Hands-on experience with customer success platforms (e.g., DevRev or similar tools).
- Strong understanding of product adoption strategies and customer lifecycle management .
- Experience working with management consulting firms to drive strategic initiatives.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills .
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.
