Thus, HLL is positioned as a total healthcare solution provider catering to the well-being of society at large About the Role DISTRICT MEDICAL OFFICER - NHM PROJECTS No. of Positions: 34 Posting Location: Anywhere in Maharashtra Basic pay range (For Fixed Term Contract engagement): Rs. 30000 – 50000 (for Manager) / Rs. 25000 – 45000 (for Deputy Manager) Responsibilities
- To be involved in monitoring the day-to-day patient management of the dialysis centres assigned in the Division/District.
- Assess the clinical and/or any co morbid illness; thus, evaluating the quality of treatment happening in the centres.
- Evaluate the clinical performance of the centres and suggest the actions for improvement.
- Monitor and evaluate the infection control mechanisms and ensure continuous improvement.
- To develop and undertake continuous training programs for the staff.
- Coordinate with the Nephrologists and take necessary actions, prepare the protocols, time-to-time.
- Coordinate with Medical Officers, Centre in-charges of each Centre.
- Coordinate with District and Divisional Health Authorities for smooth implementation of the program.
- Coordination with Central Medical Officers regarding the functioning.
- Ensure implementation of all guidelines and SOPs.
- Visit to the assigned centres to monitor the functioning.
