Product Lead - SAP Finance - Permanent - Sydney/Hybrid - Must be Australian Citizen or Australian Permanent Resident currently Working towards leadership of a Functional team with specialisation in SAP Finance (FICO, AP, AR, AA, PS, IM). This Application supports 1,000s of users and the team oversees the delivery of Enhancements/Projects during the business cycle. About the role

• Define future skills (technical and business partnering) needed in the team, and work with team members to build the skill sets.
• Close collaboration with relevant stakeholders to understand the business objectives, anticipate the business needs, and translate them into backlog items of changes needed to support the objectives.
• Provide thought leadership on a Product roadmap to enable the delivery of key business and Technology objectives.
• Assist the Enhancement (CI/CD) Lead in the management and prioritisation of the Product Backlog, covering all changes needed, including problems, enhancements, and project requirements, with the prioritisation meeting the overarching business goals.

• Previous work experience with SAP FICO.
• S4 HANA end to end implementation/BAU support/Enhancements experience.
• Experience with enterprise applications, requiring mission critical availability and stability.
• Sound IT Service Management experience across the end to end service lifecycle, most importantly strategy, design and build.
• Experience working as a Product Lead in a matrix business environment working with onshore/offshore teams.
