Commercial Analyst (Facilities Management)

Muheel Facilities Management is a leading Integrated Facilities Management company in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with a mission to create better places to work and live. With over four decades of IFM expertise, Muheel offers more than 45 service lines, including Hard and Soft Services, FM Technical Consultancy, and Energy Management. The company serves key sections such as government, commercial, residential, industrial, banking, oil and gas, retail, education, aviation, healthcare, and hospitality. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Commercial Analyst at Muheel Facilities Management in Riyadh. The Commercial Analyst will be responsible for:
  • Bid Preparation & Management: Lead the preparation of timely and accurate commercial bids for facility management contracts, including pricing, cost analysis, and risk assessments.
  • Cost & Financial Analysis: Analyze and evaluate the financial viability of projects by preparing detailed cost estimations, budgets, and cash flow models.
  • Market Research: Stay up to date on industry trends, market pricing, and competitors' offerings to ensure competitive and accurate bids.
  • Collaboration: Work with internal teams (sales, operations, supply chain, finance, legal) to ensure alignment and accuracy in bid submissions.
  • Client Interaction: Communicate with clients to clarify bid requirements and adjust proposals as needed to meet client expectations.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all bidding activities. Identify potential risks in the commercial proposals and provide mitigation strategies.
  • Tender Documentation: Prepare and ensure compliance with all necessary tender documentation and specifications for bids.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports on bid performance, cost analysis, and profitability to senior management.
Qualification:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
Experience:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial analysis, ideally in facility management, construction, or related industries.
  • Proven track record of successful conversion of bids.
Skills:
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling, cost estimation, and pricing strategies.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Saudi Arabian facility management market and commercial landscape.
  • Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Languages: Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus but not mandatory). Personal Attributes:
