German Speaking Business Development Representative - Dubai Hybrid B2B Step into an exciting role with an innovative elearning software company in the EdTech space as a German Speaking Business Development Representative. Easygenerator is a Dutch powerhouse revolutionizing elearning with our award-winning tool. Join us to reshape knowledge sharing and thrive on new challenges. What's in it for you
- Grow Your Career: We provide a clear growth path for our BDRs to progress into roles such as Customer Success Account Executive and Leadership after mastering the Business Development role. Most of these positions at Easygenerator are occupied by former BDRs.

- Training & Onboarding: A 3-week onboarding program covering sales techniques, product knowledge, and industry insights. You will also receive rigorous ongoing training after the onboarding to set you up for success.
- Hybrid working policy.
- Identify and engage with key decision-makers to determine fit, need, project budgets, and timelines.
- Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications (LinkedIn, email, telephone) designed to increase customer interest in Easygenerator's products.
- Find opportunities to generate new business and fuel our growth.
- Create and prioritize strategic target account lists within a defined territory.
- A bachelor's degree or higher.
- 2+ years of relevant work experience.
- Excellent command of the German & English language, both spoken and written (Near Native Level English) .
- You can communicate in a clear, goal-oriented way that leaves no room for interpretation.
- You take initiative, multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- High energy and positive attitude.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
