Commercial Analyst

About the role We are looking to hire an ambitious Commercial Analyst to join our Commercial team in Singapore, reporting to our General Manager, Singapore. In this role you will get the chance to work alongside dynamic, passionate, and driven colleagues, supporting with client analysis, pricing, as well as managing internal stakeholders and collating input and data across various internal teams and data sources. What you will be doing Tracking customer performance and KPIs Review and create internal reports on clients Support on internal processes and system inputs for client approvals Preparing reports and presentations for Sales Managers and Senior Management Provide ad hoc analysis on a range of subjects (e.g. pricing, customer behavior, leads, customer journey, market) Create and maintain dashboards, working with key stakeholders to ensure understanding and effective usage Research leads from events Conduct market research What we are looking for To be a great fit for this role, finance skills are appreciated and experience working with a Financial Institution, Fintech or a sales organization would be ideal, but it is not a requirement. You have a business-driven mindset and possess knowledge of the MS Office Package, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Preferably, you have some experience with SQL and building interactive dashboards in BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI. Knowledge of CRM software (e.g. Dynamics 365) will be a huge advantage. As a person you are comfortable in a dynamic start-up environment dealing with urgent tasks in an agile manner. You are results driven with a can-do attitude and have a desire to learn and evolve. Furthermore, we expect that you can communicate and cooperate well with all units in the organization. As Banking Circle is an international company, it is a requirement that you are fluent in English, both verbally and in writing. If you master other relevant languages, it will be an asset.
