Position Purpose: The Digital Media Strategist is responsible for crafting and implementing digital media strategies across multiple business sectors including retail, F&B, health & leisure, and industrial units within Wafi Group. This role demands a dynamic and creative professional capable of managing diverse projects and driving digital excellence to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Main Duties: Digital Strategy Implementation:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital strategies across various channels such as SEM, paid social media, advertising, and email marketing.
- Continuously analyze and report on campaign performance, utilizing data to optimize future strategies.
- Lead online creative concepts including copywriting, banner ad design, and other media opportunities.
- Implement brand strategies effectively across digital platforms, focusing on engaging target audiences through optimized content and user experience.
- Regularly update digital media content, including websites, newsletters, and digital calendars for different business units.
- Oversee the overall social media strategy, coordinating with department heads to align initiatives and gather feedback.
- Develop tailored social media plans for each business unit to support overarching group objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and stakeholders to maximize value for the group.
- Craft a consumer-facing social media strategy based on thorough customer research to ensure effective channel and message utilization.
- Manage social media budgets, ensuring optimal ROI and aligning with business goals.
- Perform ongoing competitor analysis to inform strategy and drive brand forward.
- Monitor social media for potential crises, collaborating with the PR manager to mitigate commercial impacts.
- Partner with customer services to develop a brand-consistent social media customer service process.
- Work closely with the wider marketing team to brainstorm ideas, deploy events, and achieve comprehensive marketing goals.
- Manage the customer database and CRM initiatives.
- Perfectly bilingual Arabic and English
- Proven experience in digital media strategy and execution across diverse industries.
- Strong analytical skills with a knack for data-driven decision making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
- Creative thinking with the ability to produce innovative and original ideas.
- Experience managing budgets and understanding of ROI metrics.
