Our Brand Domain team is looking for a passionate Senior Research Executive to join us in delivering excellence to our clients. About the role: In this role, you will be managing the day to day running of our projects both internally and externally with our clients, with the support of seniors in the team. We ultimately aim to grow our clients’ businesses, through developing a deep understanding of their brands, unpacking the impact of their marketing activities against their strategies, and identifying potential growth opportunities for their brands. You will suit this role if you are passionate about marketing, brands, and research in general, manage your time well, have strong attention-to-detail, are confident, and able to grasp new concepts quickly. What you'll be doing:

  1. Managing internal and client timelines.
  2. Questionnaire design and analysis plan; online script checking.
  3. Data checking and additional data analysis development using RFS/SPSS platform.
  4. Sending out project debriefs to clients and applying feedback for future projects.
  5. Handling simple client project queries regarding delivery-related issues.
  6. Creating Central Business and Research Questions to inform and guide analysis and presentation process.
  7. Setting up brainstorms: Proposal, Questionnaire design, Analysis plan & Data Processing Specs, Telling the story with data.
  8. Building and managing relationships across internal stakeholders, e.g., Project management team.
  9. Ensuring operational efficiency on projects and putting plans into place for improvement where relevant.
The skills & experience you'll need:
  1. Relevant academic degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or similar.
  2. Minimum of 3+ years of work experience in market research. Experience working on brand studies is a plus.
  3. Analytical mindset with proven numeracy skills.
  4. A detailed understanding of market research principles and quantitative research methodologies.
  5. Experience in a client-facing role, with a proven ability to build strong and sustainable relationships.
  6. Eager to work collaboratively to accomplish team goals, but combined with the ability to take ownership and work independently.
