• Master of Laws (LLM) degree, preferably with specialization in Corporate or Commercial Law
• Degrees must be recognized and attested by HEC
• At least 10 years of post-qualification experience, including managerial roles in legal practice
• Provide expert legal advice on employment matters, labor disputes, and compliance with labor laws
• Oversee the drafting, negotiation, and review of contracts and procurement agreements
• Offer strategic legal advice for organizational projects, ensuring risk mitigation and compliance
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to address legal concerns and support decision-making
• Ensure adherence to relevant laws and regulations while identifying and mitigating potential legal risks
• Manage and mentor a team of legal professionals, fostering collaboration and high performance
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Strong negotiation and drafting skills, as well as capabilities to identify legal risks
• Expertise in employee relations, procurement, contracts, and project-related legal matters
• Familiarity with digital technology and related laws will be preferred
• Knowledge of privacy and data protection laws preferred
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset

• Selected candidate will be hired initially for a contract period of 5 years (extendable if required).
• Management reserves the right to accept/reject any application without assigning any reason.

• 5 years’ relaxation in age is already included in the above age limit.
• Selected candidate shall provide Medical Fitness and Character Certificates.
• Employees serving in Government/Semi-Government departments must provide/attach No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of submission of application.
• No TA/DA will be admissible for interview.
• Attested educational documents from Higher Education Commission (HEC)/respective regulatory body must be provided at the time of interview. In case of foreign degree, equivalency from HEC will also be submitted.
