Restaurant Area Manager Kilby Cafe and Restaurant, Pakistan
We are looking for an energetic Restaurant Area Manager to be responsible for meeting all restaurant’s revenue, profitability, and company realistic goals. You will ensure efficient restaurant operation and maintain the right production, productivity, quality & customer service standards. Responsibilities:- Responsible for the entire operation of the restaurant including front-of-house & back-of-house.
- Deliver high standards, supervise guest services and ensure absolute customer satisfaction.
- Respond efficiently to customer complaints and take corrective action immediately.
- Maintain & offer the best quality of products all the time.
- Conduct and supervise regular staff meetings and training.
- Appraise personnel’s performance and provide feedback to keep them more productive.
- Assist and contribute to HR development and recruiting “right people for the right job”.
- Estimate consumption, forecast sales, and maintain inventory.
- Conduct Local Store Marketing (LSM) and successfully promote products and brand image.
- Monitor and deliver compliance practices with sanitation and safety as per HACCP.
- Nurture a positive working environment and lead by example.
- Monitor operation and initiate corrective action.
- Maintain SOPs and complete documents/papers as per local laws.
- Should have basic knowledge of Franchise Business.
- Should have a proven success record of Business Development in the retail segment.
- Capable of preparing demographic reports.
- You are also responsible for all the operations tasks in multiple stores.
Job Specification
Requirements:- Must have 3 to 5 years of proven success working experience as a Restaurant Manager.
- Demonstrated career experience in customer service management preferable in a franchised unit.
- Possess extensive knowledge of food and multiple cuisines.
- Familiar with demographic and eating habits of the local market.
- Proficiency in the English language.
- Computer literacy and having a good understanding of restaurant Management software.
- Strong leadership, motivational, and people skills.
- Acute financial management skills.
- Able to lead, operate, and deliver jobs in challenging situations.
