Electrical Designer

Designation: Electrical Designer Experience: 8 - 15 Years Industry: Oil and Gas Job Location: Gurugram Interview: Face to Face Design and development:

• Create electrical system layouts, schematics, and detailed drawings using E3D, CAD software.
• Calculate power requirements, cable sizing, and load distribution, Single Line Diagram
• Design lighting systems, including placement and controls.
• Develop electrical panel layouts and wiring diagrams.
• Prepare material takeoffs and specifications for electrical components.

• Conduct feasibility studies to assess project requirements and potential challenges.
• Analyze electrical system loads and design for optimal efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety regulations.
• Perform calculations for power distribution and grounding systems

• Work closely with other engineering disciplines (mechanical, structural) to coordinate design aspects.
• Consult with project stakeholders to understand their needs and incorporate feedback.
• Communicate design details to construction teams and provide technical support during installation.

• Proficiency in electrical design software (AutoCAD Electrical, E3D, etc.)
• Strong understanding of electrical theory, power systems, and circuit design
• Knowledge of electrical codes and standards (NEC)
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines
