Add expected salary to your profile for insights As a result of organisational growth, Taldumande Youth Services has an exciting opportunity for a hands-on Fundraising & Community Engagement Manager to join the team at our head office in St Leonards. Reporting to the CEO and sitting within the Senior Management Team, this new full-time, permanent position will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing the Taldumande Fundraising & Community Engagement Strategy
- Funding applications and sponsorship agreements
- Growing existing (and securing new) income streams to support the organisation's expansion
- Planning and delivering innovative and engaging community and fundraising events
- Managing Taldumande's donations, Volunteer Program, and external consultants
- Reporting to the CEO and Board as required
- Associated administration and record keeping
- A strong and successful track record working at executive/senior management level in a similar role
- Experience working in a Not-For-Profit environment
- Extensive experience developing strategy and managing budgets
- Strong commercial, financial, and business acumen
- A completed university qualification in Marketing, PR, Communications, Business or similar
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to work efficiently and confidently with all levels of the organisation including Board and CEO
