Add expected salary to your profile for insights As a result of organisational growth, Taldumande Youth Services has an exciting opportunity for a hands-on Fundraising & Community Engagement Manager to join the team at our head office in St Leonards. Reporting to the CEO and sitting within the Senior Management Team, this new full-time, permanent position will be responsible for:

1. Developing and executing the Taldumande Fundraising & Community Engagement Strategy
2. Funding applications and sponsorship agreements
3. Growing existing (and securing new) income streams to support the organisation's expansion
4. Planning and delivering innovative and engaging community and fundraising events
5. Managing Taldumande's donations, Volunteer Program, and external consultants
6. Reporting to the CEO and Board as required
7. Associated administration and record keeping

The successful candidate will hold:

1. A strong and successful track record working at executive/senior management level in a similar role
2. Experience working in a Not-For-Profit environment
3. Extensive experience developing strategy and managing budgets
4. Strong commercial, financial, and business acumen
5. A completed university qualification in Marketing, PR, Communications, Business or similar
6. Superior verbal and written communication skills
7. The ability to work efficiently and confidently with all levels of the organisation including Board and CEO
