IT/Maintenance Officer

• Serves as the first point of contact for IT support within the Organisation.
• Installing, configuring, and maintaining software and hardware components of computer and network systems.
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting software and hardware issues.
• Repairing and replacing damaged computer and network components.
• Supporting Staff whenever they encounter challenges with computers and network devices.
• System backup for the organization.

QUALIFICATION

• HND/BSC in computer science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
• A minimum of 3 years of post-NYSC experience in providing technical IT support is required
• Applicant should possess hardware repair skills and networking setup expertise.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of various operating systems including window, Linux, and Mac OS
• Relevant work experience with ERP and other tech-related software solutions.
• Must be tech-savvy and attentive to details
• Ability to diagnose and trouble shoot basic technical issues.
