We are currently recruiting for a Home Solutions Installation Operations Manager which will be based in Auckland working across the Fisher & Paykel and Haier brands. A key part of this role will be ensuring high-quality installation standards, adherence to health & safety practices, and delivery of a customer-facing operation from design through to install and commission. What do we need? You will be part of evolving a new area of the business, so we are looking for a highly experienced and adaptive professional who can support the Home Solutions business unit to meet objectives and ensure we have clear guidance around what a good install looks like, with Health & Safety requirements being met and monitored. With an initial focus on solar/hot water and HVAC, you will be responsible for ensuring installations through our networks are completed on time and to budget while representing the Fisher & Paykel brand, based on quality and completed safely while delivering an exceptional customer experience. A proactive approach with a proven track record of installing systems and with trade apprenticeship programs are a must to succeed in this role. You can accurately interpret design plans, forecast required equipment, and set timeframes to plan and deliver installations. Your strong analytical thinking, commercial acumen, & expert knowledge of building installation processes, people & contractor management, and ability to highlight & mitigate risk allows for the development of robust systems and processes. Experience Required You've got it all when it comes to leading installations. You're highly experienced with a commercial mindset, you know our products and have a keen interest in sustainability in the industry. You might even have an interest in connected products and the design. You may have relevant and current trade licenses and industry accreditation.
