General Manager Alliance Investments Management LLC, Pakistan

Responsibilities:
  1. Design strategy and set goals for growth
  2. Maintain budgets and optimize expenses
  3. Set policies and processes
  4. Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally
  5. Oversee recruitment and training of new employees
  6. Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance
  7. Direct the employee assessment process
  8. Prepare regular reports for upper management
  9. Ensure staff follows health and safety regulations
  10. Provide solutions to issues (e.g. profit decline, employee conflicts)

Job Specification

  1. The candidate must have 10-12 years post-Education experience, with 5 years in sales and marketing.
  2. Managerial experience is preferred.
  3. The person must know Urdu, English, and Arabic.
