- Manage Sales Engineer Team and train staff.
- Identify & Develop Product Marketing Channel with Retail and Project.
- Achieve product specification with Consultants/Contractors.
- Monitor market requirements and competitor situations and provide feedback.
- Possess technical knowledge of HVAC/Plumbing & Fire Fighting Products.
- Understand competitor situations, sales channels, pricing structure, etc.
- Provide marketing support to Project Consultants.
- Experience in project specification activities.
- Define & implement long & short term strategies for accomplishing business and divisional targets.
- Forecast sales based on market analysis.
- Grow sales and profitability by prioritizing and capturing new customers.
- Maintain division profitability & efficiency by optimizing resource utilization and allocating tasks across the division.
- Set up & manage strategic partnerships with key industry players to enhance market penetration and service quality.
- Analyze and recommend new sales strategies such as tactical campaigns, pricing, and product/service delivery.
- Collaborate with the sales team in organizing promotion campaigns to generate market awareness of organizational products & services.
- Introduce new potential clients by leveraging own network.
- Analyze critical customer issues to identify trends and implement effective mitigation plans.
- Develop and maintain a healthy and professional business relationship with customers.
- Ensure timely payment collection.
- Analyze financial performance and present reports showing actual versus target performance.
- Participate in organizational initiatives and add value by making a noticeable presence.
- Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in Engineering/Technical procurement with a specialization in marketing.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong technical knowledge of the product categories.
- Solid knowledge of the local market.
- Understanding of retail trading mechanics and influences for success in the market.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to analyze and explain business data.
- Ability to translate big picture into implementation and achieve results.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage vendor relationships.
- Solid computer skills, including good knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and strong Excel skills.
