Head Sales - Building & Infrastructure, South Asia

Hello, We are looking for Head Sales position for our Building & Infrastructure service line for South Asia region, based at Mumbai location - preferably from PMC, Civil Consulting or TIC industry background. Major Responsibilities
- Preparation of business plan and annual budgets in agreement with organizational goals and objectives of South Asia Region.
- Building sales pipeline in the B&I business and expand business horizon across SAR.
- Recognizing the prospective clients Pan India ,SAR and create a detail data base.
- Work proactively with the M&S team to identify and convert sales leads and opportunities into executable contracts.
- Early identification and follow up of major projects, opportunities & tenders from various sources.
- Support to be given to tender team about Identification, submission of pre-qualification, expression of interest, offers etc.
- Visiting prospective clients to present BV services and to identify the client need as an opportunity to BV, follow up actions and keeping the respective division heads in communication loop.
- Efficient in using the marketing tools such as presentation material, company profile, service sheets, reference list, completion/appreciation letters, etc.
- Keeping in touch with the various publicity activities in SAR such as exhibitions, seminars, conferences etc. and explore the possibility of showcasing the organization and services.
- Interacting with the Regional Business Development managers of intra Business Lines /regions for mutual exchange of expertise, work, common clients and other references.
- Proactively manage the team and continue to strengthen to achieve organization goals.
- Build up top level relations with key EPC players in the area of responsibilities and personally manage a few large accounts.
- Work in close coordination with BV networking offices to ensure maximum sales generation from the support of Group.
- Developing partners and creating reference will be the priority. Bringing like minded sub con which support business.
- Organize dedicated PR and Marketing events foreseen in budget.
- Competitor mapping and understanding of market dynamics related cost of specific service.
- Ensure performance in line with the Bureau Veritas System, including the BV Code of Ethics and the BV corporate standards in the area of responsibility (e.g. BV Values, corporate identity, policies, and procedures).
- Graduate engineer (preferably Civil Engineer) with minimum 15 yrs+ of industry experience (Marketing & Sales) in the Infra/Real Estate/PMC market.
- MBA in Business management will be an added advantage.
- Should have dealt with both Public sector companies and Private sector companies for tendering, negotiations and finalizations.
- Knowledge of business line, competition etc.
