Position Summary As a Network Security Engineer, Level 2 Engineer for our Device Management team the member will be responsible for administration and BAU of the internal and external PKI deployments. He will be overall handling the PKI infrastructure via PKI administration software such as via AD cert services and AppViewX. Technical skills: ​

• Strong proficiency in Cryptography and usage of private and public keys
• Strong understanding and experience in certificate lifecycle management (SSL/TLS certificates issuance, renewals and revocations)
• Understanding and hands on experience of various methods of CSR generations on different platforms like windows, Linux, appliances etc. and be able to identify a need of certificate in an application
• Educate the stakeholders with appropriate certificate requirements like multi domain, wildcards etc.
• Identifying the exact requirement from business and issue certificates from internal CA (MSPKI) and external CA (Sectigo) for different service applications
• Extensive working knowledge on configurations and maintenance of CLM tools preferably AppViewX
• Experience in maintenance and support of PKI such as CA server operations, CRL publishing, Templates management etc.
• Ability to track and bring issues to closure through co-ordination with several working groups
• Working knowledge on HSMs and its maintenance/support
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for PKI processes and procedures
• Provide guidance to other IT staff and end users on PKI related topics
• Understanding of ITIL processes
• Understanding and experience of incident, change and service requests management on ServiceNow

Responsibilities:

• Strategizing the certificate deployment timelines
• Chairing certificate related issues.
• Consultation on PKI management
• Tracking and updating MS servers
• Co-ordinating with the on-site teams for the HSM

Incident Management: Responding to and resolving PKI-related incidents and service requests. Performing root cause analysis for recurring issues and implementing corrective measures. Escalating complex issues to higher-level support or vendors as necessary. Change Management: Implementing changes to PKI systems in accordance with Change Management policies. Assessing and documenting the impact of changes on IDAM services. Coordinating with stakeholders to schedule and deploy changes with minimal disruption. System Administration and Maintenance: Administering and maintaining PKI solution using AppViewX and MS CA services Ensuring the continuous operation and availability of PKI systems. Performing regular system updates, patches, and backups. Monitoring and Reporting: Monitoring IDAM systems for performance issues, security incidents, and anomalies. Generating and analysing reports on user access, system performance, and compliance. Utilizing monitoring tools to detect and respond to potential security breaches. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborating with other IT teams (e.g., network, security, applications) to ensure seamless PKI integration. Communicating effectively with stakeholders regarding incidents, changes, and ongoing projects. Providing training and support to junior team members and end-users on PKI practices. Documentation and Knowledge Management: Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation for PKI processes, procedures, and system configurations. Developing knowledge base articles and user guides to assist in PKI operations. Ensuring that all documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant team members. Continuous Improvement and Learning: Staying current with emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in PKI. Participating in training and certification programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge. Proposing and implementing improvements to enhance the efficiency, security, and functionality of PKI systems. Functional level skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong Interpersonal skills Ability to work with minimal levels of supervision or oversight Basic Qualifications Education: BE/MCA or Computer Science or University degree/Equivalent Experience level: 4 + years Preferred Expertise:

• Hands on experience in administration and BAU of the internal and external PKI deployments.
• He will be overall handling the PKI infrastructure via PKI administration software such as via AD cert services and AppViewX.
• The ideal candidate should be well-versed in Change and Incident Management processes and willing to work in a 24x7 shift environment

Certification Required: - CCNA, CCNP or MCSE or any other equivalent Certifications desired:- P KI or AppViewX or PKI Certificate Authority Administrator or CompTIA Security+
