Job Title : Aviation Lawyer Location : Shannon, Ireland Position : Permanent, Full-time Experience Level : 3+ years PQE Overview : An exciting opportunity has arisen for a qualified lawyer to join a leading organisation in the aviation leasing industry. This role focuses on providing legal support to a global sales and transaction team, particularly in the areas of cross-border engine leasing, acquisitions, sales, and related documentation. Key Responsibilities :

• Draft and negotiate short-term leasing contracts, sales, and acquisition documentation.
• Provide in-house legal advice and guidance on transaction execution and administration.
• Manage legal risks, lease restructurings, repossessions, and associated litigation.
• Work closely with senior management and other cross-functional international teams.

• LLB or equivalent degree, qualified to practice law in England and/or Ireland.
• At least 3 years' PQE, with specific experience in aviation leasing.
• Strong negotiation, drafting, and communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent legal and interpersonal skills, with a commercial mindset.
• Strong attention to detail and risk management capabilities.
