It has a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects and innovative solutions, contributing significantly to the region’s infrastructure development. Responsibilities
- Management Representative for ISO Integrated Management System: Oversee and ensure compliance with ISO standards, including arranging internal and external audits.
- Quality Assurance and Control: Manage and monitor QA/QC activities, generate quality manuals, standards, and procedures, and ensure compliance with codes, standards, regulations, and QMS requirements.
- Inspection and Evaluation: Coordinate NDE Level III services, evaluate internal and external NCR/CAR, and analyze root causes of non-conformities and weld repair rates.
- Leadership and Training: Promote quality awareness, provide training and guidance to quality staff, and stimulate team spirit among quality and production staff.
- Process Improvement: Establish new welding processes and procedures, study metallurgical behavior of weld consumables, and implement new processes for product diversification.
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Master in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Quality, Manufacturing of Pressure Vessel, Heat Exchanger, Piping, Structures, Petrochemicals, Oil & Gas projects, Power Plants and Mechanical Construction.
- Specialization in auditing (ISO internal auditor) / (ISO Lead Auditor).
- Specialization in Welding (CWI) / (CSWIP 3.1 / 3.2) / (CWEng.)
- Specialization in Painting (NACE level 1 / 2) / (BGAS-CSWIP Grade 2/3)
- Specialization in NDT (ACCP / ASNT Level-II / III).
- Specialization in Metallurgy, Codes & Standards
